Block out an hour once a month for social.

Take or choose real photos. They outperform stock and AI images for local businesses.
Load everything into Meta Business Suite for Facebook and Instagram, or Buffer/Later for more platforms.
Schedule 2-3 posts a week rather than daily.
Check comments and messages daily; the bot posts, but people still reply.

Don't auto-post AI content without reading it.
Scheduling tools need permissions on your pages; remove access when you stop using one.
Avoid auto-reply bots on comments; they usually look odd.
